How has it already been 1 year? Does it seriously just get faster with every kid??
I absolutely love to style parties, it is a passion of mine that I love to share, and with my kids its a bit of a love language for me. Call me crazy for doing it up big for a One year olds birthday but hey! I wanna celebrate my babies the best way I know how! I hope they look back on all their years growing up and some epic parties make their top 10 memories! Truth be told though, I know it won’t be for the decor, but for the people who loved, surrounded them and celebrated them, not just on their birthdays, but everyday 🙂
We celebrated your big day in true Summer Baby style our flower girl , with a pool party of course! [Big thanks to Nana and Papa for hosting us!] It was a hot and smokey day, and the poor birthday girl woke up cutting her next big tooth but it didn’t slow us down a beat! We threw on some Hawaiian tunes and had us a tropical fiesta to celebrate our sunshine girl!
Ivy, You were born on a Sunny August day, beautiful and sweet right from the get go, and a little stubborn too!We know all your attributes will just deepen with time as you become the amazing woman and leader you were born to be! You are the best thing I never knew I needed, and an important piece to our family puzzle. You light up our lives and we can’t wait to watch you take on this world, you have a bright calling on your life and we can’t wait to see where the Lord leads you! xo Mama
